Do you accept returns?
No. All works are limited editions and final by nature. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. If a piece does not find its place with you, we invite you to pass it on as a gift.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship within Greece, the EU, and Switzerland. For other destinations, please contact us directly.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and the size of the artwork. Estimates will be provided at checkout or upon request. Please note that Ruby Art — Gallery is a newly opened space, still refining its processes. In the first months, delivery may take a little longer than usual — we appreciate your patience and assure you that each piece is handled with the utmost care and sent to you as swiftly as possible.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the artwork and its size. They are calculated automatically at checkout.
● Within Greece: Standard national shipping rates.
● Europe: Calculated at checkout according to destination.
● Switzerland: No VAT charged at checkout; import duties and VAT are payable upon
arrival.
● Other countries: Shipping only upon request — please contact us.
How does VAT work?
● Greece: 24% VAT is added automatically.
● Other EU countries: VAT is applied according to EU regulations and shown at
checkout.
● Switzerland: No VAT charged at checkout; local VAT is due upon delivery.
When do I pay?
Payment is required at the time of order.
What happens after I place my order?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. Once your item has been prepared and shipped, Ruby Art will issue an official receipt, as required by Greek law
Where can I collect my order in person?
You can choose free pickup at Ruby Art — Gallery, Varnava Square 8, Pagrati, 11635 Athens.
How many editions exist?
Each edition is limited, the number of pieces per art work is listed with every product.
Are the works signed?
Yes, each edition is signed and numbered by the artist.
How are the works packaged?
We ensure secure, professional packaging to protect each artwork during shipping.
Do you offer certificates of authenticity?
Yes. Each edition comes with a certificate of authenticity.
